Scope of work: Molecular Bar, Main Dining Area and Private Dining Rooms.
On entering, the Molecular Bar serves breathtaking cocktails especially concocted through the play with nitrogen. The bar doubles as the entertainment area and as a chef’s table for private dining/cooking displays. The striking interiors are contemporary with the focal point of the design being a copper cladded wall. Heavy velvet drapes perfectly alienate diners from the world outside. A worthy recipient of the World Gourmet Summit and Wine and Dine awards amongst many others.
I left Saint Pierre under the meticulous eye of FBEYE and took off for a long waited holiday. I gave Warren operational details and a budget. When I returned, I was delighted with the magnificent results. Thank you FBEYE for making the renovation / refurbishment seamless and stress-free.
